In this case, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) heard an application for review of the decision of a delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs not to grant the applicant an Australian citizenship on the grounds that he was not of good character within the meaning of s13(1)(f) of the Australian Citizenship Act 1948.
