Union attacks Labor over foreign workers
The Federal Government has rejected claims it is allowing employers to hire foreign workers without first looking for local labour.
The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) says the 457 visa scheme used to require employers to test the local labour market before they could resort to signing on foreign workers.
