Quite frankly it looked like a minefield.

June 25, 2008

Client case study:

In 24 February 2003 an application for the then Temporary Business Entry (Class UC) 457 (Business (Long Stay)) - Independent Executive Visa was lodged at the Australian High Commission Business Centre (UK) for Mr. Richard Fowlston and his wife to establish a business in Victoria, Australia: on 26 June 2003 visas granted. Note, the Independent Executive category of visa ceased on 1 March 2003

Endorsement:

When My Wife and I decided to move to Australia we looked into the immigration process - quite frankly it looked like a minefield. We investigated various immigration experts and did not feel any more comfortable about the requirements.

I then had the good fortune to find Sasha Beyderwellen on the internet and our concerns over the criteria were immediately dispelled. He took us through the whole process and made the application a very simple exercise.

Preparation and presentation are very high on Sasha’s agenda and it paid of in our case - our visas were granted exactly 4 months after the application was submitted.

Well done and many thanks,

– Richard Fowlston, 1st July 2003
